The company develops solutions to optimize and automate customer-specific requirements. From simple parts handling to fully automated systems or aggregates, the know-how is widely used in various industries, especially in the field of high-voltage technology. ACKERMANN also manufactures assembly and testing systems to guarantee the complete production process and quality requirements. On an area of over 2,500 square meters, the company in the Benedikt-Auchtwiesen industrial estate has the possibility to test large assemblies in advance and to process them at one location until completion.

In recent years, the two managing partners Daniel Kurz (2nd from right) and Dirk Mayer (in the middle of the picture) have developed the company into an innovative and solution-oriented partner for national and international companies. In the young Hilti Profile Construction division, ACKERMANN is also a partner for integrated solutions in the field of technical building equipment with its own patents, digital expertise and a highly qualified team led by Falko Haas (2nd from left). The production of assemblies is increasingly being centralized and outsourced. Depending on the level of vertical integration, ACKERMANN takes on the relevant tasks, from rail cutting, picking and packing, including rail cutting and 3D drawings, through to pre-assembly and assembly of entire assemblies. The future development of the company at the Weinstadt site, recruitment and fiber optic expansion were discussed with business promoter Thomas Müller (left). It was a very interesting exchange and a deep insight into ACKERMANN - a solution company.
